Housing Enterprises, Inc. partnered with Chestnut Oak Company to renovate three 100-year old Sunnyside Farm dairy barns into the Ranch Golf Club.

The renovations preserved the original post and beam interior and barn architecture.

Modernization included a restaurant and bar with a fully equipped kitchen, a golf shop, locker rooms with modern shower facilities and large banquet hall.
